Hi I wonder which factions who will be most completed in 0.8??? Or is it some who is entire ready???

I suppose the Romans, and the Successor States, and Carthaginians. That would amount to: SPQR, Ptolemaioi, Makedonia, Arche Seleukia, and Safot Softim biKhartadast. And maybe the Koinon Hellenon faction too.
