"New Posts"

I have a question for our overlords.... ~D

Does the "New Posts" feature include posts from all the subforums? Right now, it doesn't appear to be that way. If that's the case, why not?

Since it uses the search function, it probably doesn't show the posts in the fora that have this function disabled. AFAIK these the tavern and story/PBM.
