So, the AI has been given a bigger brighter brain, the water's shiny, & the over all eye candy is pretty impressive.

Now I appreciate that this may have already been answered, & it may not seem very important in the grand scheme of things when considering a strat game...But the really big question for me is, are there assination movies? Watching the intro it looks suspiciously like there are :eyebrows:

So I was really wondering if anyone knows one way or another?

Yes there are! In fact there are apparently movies for the other special units too, e.g. spy, princess, etc.

O Ma Gawd! That's decided it then, I'm getting me a X1900 this weekend! Thanks Jam :2thumbsup:

I hope you have the option to knock these off as I doubt my graphics card can handle them.

Your graphics card can't handle a little FMV? What are you running, a Voodoo 3?!

For the record, the reason for getting an X1900 isn't related to the movies, really its the fault of all the people posting in the "Can my PC..." thread who gave me a massive inferiority complex about my 9600Pro, and if CA have gone to the trouble of putting in movies, as well as the other purdy bits & bobs, the least I can do is get a card that'll let me enjoy all the bells & whistles.

That's very noble of you, I personally upgraded after I realised that to get a decent framerate with my 9800pro (256mb) I had to have everything on low and that just wasn't good enough, CA deserve better.

Yeah i believe about two months ago or so a handful of event movies were released to the public and circulated. THey looked really cool. And apparently there will be a ton of them so youll rarely see the same one twice. Im also pretty sure that theyre the same as STW where the beginning is the same and then at the end they branch off into the failure or the success to keep you in suspense even if you have seen that particular movie before.
