Seriously, if you right-click on the various units, there's a 3D rendered picture of each: I wasn't there, but I would guess that the people who built the new Dojo simply cut'n'pasted them here.

Some pictures are from other sources: to use this thread as an example, Seal-Kô's pic is the throne room advisor (a STW screenshot too), and, if I'm not mistaken, Solypsist-sama drew his own picture. But basically, these are all genuine STW stuff: that's why you won't be seeing the alternative Mongol ranking until WE/MI comes out.
