I believe it is going to be on the Oblivion engine and be a first person point of view. It was originally made by Interplay, but Interplay and all its divisions no longer exsist. Bethesda bought the franchise and is going to make FO3 in their own manner.

I'm looking forward to it, anyways. I like the concept and story.

How many Fallout games have there been? I've played four.
-Fallout was great.
-Fallout 2 was a good sequal, nearly as good as the first. Although, FO2 did have tons of bugs, and I originally played it in the days before I had the internet, so I couldn't download any of the patches.
-Fallout Tactics was good, but it seemed like it wasn't 100% complete. Some concepts were missing or unfinished.
-Fallout : Brotherhood of Steel for the Xbox was a big pile of crap. It was just another 'Dark Alliance' clone and didn't even have a good story. I never even finished it.

I come from New Reno (or is it Reno?) and I must say that including it was pretty damn cool, especially for the cult of retired yuppified wannabee WestCoasters it is now... the funny thing is, that that place is so UNIMPORTANT, that it will not be bombed by any nuke EVER (except by me because I know it's true essence), so it probably would still be around after the fallout... of course, there IS a reason only a small number of nomadic Shoshone and Paiute lived there before and that's because it's a fucking desert!! raping water sources from far off to sustain one's existence somewhere else deserves any bad ending that shall happen- DEATH TO THE GREAT BASIN and ITS WHORES ( that includes you, Mormons )

Yeah, the thing was full of bugs. Like your car splitting in two and only half of it showing up at the destination.

And I could never get the good ending for the Deathclaws of Vault 13. Unless I immediately completed the game after meeting them, they would be mysteriously slaughtered. I never got that far after I finally patched it, though.

It could have used more movies, a shame that they had them planned but didn't add them. I hate it when games are rushed to release. Like I said, never completed the ingame movies where you meet Horrigan, save the deathclaws etc were missing, because of deadlines.

I think modders have fixed that

Oh and the car splitting thing is a major bug fixed in 1.1

By god it is tasty though. I don't care if the meat is 80% cardboard and 20% ground up cow intestines. And I blame Kyoto Animation for messing up the best visual novel in the world: Clannad and turning into a 2nd class first grade anime.

I have lost my faith in Kyoto Animation. I also realized their really good things in Air and Kanon came only because it was written by Key and they followed it more or less closely.
