View Full Version : A luxory problem.
The final stage of pimp my appartment, the bathroom. I can't decide between
Bubbles!

Steam!

They cost roughly the same. Bubbles are cool and all, but I don't see myselve using it every day, the pimp factor however, is very high. A steamcabine is great for getting really clean, much better then a regular shower. It takes a bit longer though. Which is the better option?
Shower power!
Baths are nice but showers are the greatest gift God ever bestowed upon mankind.
First of all, make sure you have good ventilation in your bathroom, or you'll find yourself scraping and then repainting the ceiling within a year or two, because of the humid.
Like me today... ~
Hoho, we are not talking merely about a shower here axeboy, this beauty packs a sauna, turkish bath, those lights that give you a tan and a steamjet, it's a 'pa', personal awesomnes. But a yakuzi is also so great, add a little champagne with chick attached, a few candles, great.
choices choices........

Don't lecture me bubba, I've got a PhD in showers. :scholar:
When I renovated my old place years ago I had a shower built, all ceramic, that was 4' x 4' with 2 shower heads and 3/4 inch copper pipes going to a 60 gallon hot water tank. It was Heaven on Earth.
Terrible acoustics, though, you couldn't hear a word anyone said.

I would also go for the shower.
The situation where you treat a lady friend to a glass of champaign in your yakuzi doesn't compair to you (insert action mentioned above) in your shower/sauna/steambath/massager.

I'd definitely go for the shower - it looks like something from the future.

I'd go for the shower, taking a bath just takes too long.

Scrap 'em, and build a real sauna.

steam.
Both stack the shower on top of the bath
Why to people have that money?
I bet you're bathroom is as large as my "house" ~:mad
But I would go shower.
And if you have some money left, do bother sending it, "bathrooms" (4 showers) here can do with some renovating
Shower - presumably easier to fit into a bathroom (depending on how big it is :clown: )

I want to have one of these some day!
A bubble bath would be fun for novelty value mostly. And after that's gone (say, after a month) you really wish you picked the shower...that's just what I'd expect though.

I'd pick the shower...
I'd pick the shower, but since you want to pimp your appartment, you should go for the jaccuzi...
Looking forward to the pics of you and 3 4 naked babes in those hot bubbles... ~:pimp:

A shower gets you a lot cleaner. I have hair down my back, and I simply can't have a bath-my hair will still be greasy when I get out.
Get the shower.

Then again, how many times do you expect to be using Fragony's shower? :inquisitive:

Hehe I have heard about these Turkish masages, friend of mine took one in Turkey. He couldn't decide what was worse, the pain or the mustache.
Anyway, shower it is, sometimes I really enjoy being me :beam:

Well, you're Dutch...so go with an option that lets you have a shower.
Showers are for wussies. A real registered barbarian doesn't take showers. Am I right or what, Andréke?
