I have also preordered from play.com and saw the processing it this afternoon, after that my order has mysteriously disappeared though and doesn't show up in my Outstanding Order oder Order History. I hope I will soon get an e-mail saying that it has been posted and have it reappear on my account page.
Just a quick question: Play.com would send some kind of e-mail if I had accidentally canceled my order? I'm a little worried because I can't check the status right now. Hope everything went well!

Unfortunately it'll take some time to travel from the Channel all the way to Germany. I'm still waiting for my Dawn of War Anthology, which has been posted last Friday and still hasn't arrived.
Same here. order is missing at play.com account. Just took off work early in hope that the graal is waiting for me @ home. No maeg's luck though:no:
btw. I saw the game in a store in Oslo, Norway today.
Unfortunately, I have already ordered it so must wait for Platekompaniet to deliver.

I did say in another thread that I emailed Play.com earlier this afternoon to find out what is going on, but no answer yet :no:
No idea what's up but I will find out, only touble is that they said that they aim to reply to me within 24 hours, so its the waiting game I'm afraid

I too am having the same problem, gave them a ring but I'll be frank, I couldn't understand the guys accent on the other end, he said something about tommorrow, could be that its sent and should get it tommorrow or it'll be sent tommorrow, I'm not sure :laugh4:

When you log into your account, there a reno outstanding orders and the M2TW order doesn't appear in your order history either. Basically, it's vanished. From what I can tell, most people saw it go to processing, then to packing and then it disappeared instead of going to dispatched.

I don't want to pee on anyone's bonfire, but I used to work for RM. I'd say the chances of getting the game from the Chan Isles by Friday is minimal. Still, it's quite a it cheaper isn't it?

To be fair, as long as I can play it by Friday I am not overly fussed, Play.com are a good company for getting it to you either before or on the release date with any other games I've ordered from them so I have faith.
Its jsut puzzling that my order has completely disappeared from the face of the earth, it said it was being packed, now its vanished, I'm pretty sure that means that it should appear on order history, however it doesn't.
Jut confused as to whats happened, as I'm pretty sure my accounts been charged too.
I'm sure it will be here by Friday, as NagatsukaShumi says - i've also had lots of previous orders with Play and they're always on time :yes:

Same here with play.com my order dissappeared and then I tried to reorder and got the msg that they do not send this product outside the U.K !!!!:furious3: So I proceeded to game.uk.co and ordered the collectors edition instead :2thumbsup:
If the other one arrives....then I´ll just have to give it to someone for christmass :)

My Order has finally reappeared and says Posted 8/11. Probably won't make it all the way to me until the weekend but at least I have the information now.

I got an email this morning from Play.com saying it has been sent now, had the same problem with it disappearing - also phoned them and they said that I was one of quite a few yesterday that phoned them. I wonder how many other games get this kind of excited/worried customer phoning about there orders hehe

I expect I'll end up weakening on the 10th and buying a copy from the local GAME if the preordered copy hasn't arrived. I can add the cost of that to the graphics card & power supply I've already bought this week in a failed attempt to upgrade my pc. Expensive game this.... :wall:
Play have posted mine today - should get Saturday - which is fine for me.

Why pre-order to get the game late? It will be widely available on release day so pre-ordering is just not worth it

I agree totally. Saturday is tooo late. If my game is not here Friday morning (after booking the day off and pre-ordering in July) then I'm off to GAME to buy a copy and play can have theirs back the second it arrives with a rather nasty letter and a pledge never to darken their doors again :furious3:
Mines in the mail today, but says "please allow 3-5 days for delivery"

If I didn't care for getting the English version I would have cancelled my preorder as soon as possible and just gone out to get it. Really annoying to wait on a package when you know that the game is sitting on the shelves.

Pre-ordered through Amazon here and expect it to be sent off tomorrow. As Lord of the Isles said it's estimated 10th/11th. That's fine enough for me, I shall not weaken and go somewhere else :laugh4:

Because its cheaper than in the shops and it means I dont have to waste a holiday on going to the shops to buy a computer game...~:rolleyes:
I too have received an email from Play, should be here Friday maybe even tomorrow if we are extremely lucky, but I suspect Friday.
