While I'm kinda surprised that "noble knights" wouldn't fight with a big fancy expensive sword (or at least a mace or battleaxe), instead opting for a "lowly" polearm-type, they still look sexy :2thumbsup:

Pah! What cowardly fool would need heavy armour upon their back? Scoundrels! Scoundrels I say!

That will come with armor upgrades and such, as already seen in the demo and other previews.

So infantry appearance will change as they are upgraded? Is this true?
Oh yeah, it's already like that in the demo. If you look at units without armor upgrades, and the same ones with it, you'll see the difference. Some units like spearmen have no armor at all without the upgrade, and with it you see them wearing iron helms and some body armor. I believe they even get better as you upgrade them too. Some units like knights that already have armour by default just get better ones, more different. It's great stuff.

I wasn't aware that polearms were considered ignoble weapons. Do you have any evidence to support this attitude?
