View Full Version : I just posted this in another thread, but i think it deserves it's own.
I've found a good website with tons of TV shows that'll keep you all interested until 0.8 comes out. I'm sure there's something for everybody on this site.
http://allfg.servtro.de/cms/cms/
Some of the most popular ones -
Lost, Scrubs, Malcolm in the middle, Jackass, Mythbusters, ROME! For anybody that hasn't seen it , My name is Earl (extremely funny, watch it if you haven't already) Trailer park boys, Band of Brothers, The X-Files, Battlestar Galactica, Only fools and horses, Shameless, tons more. Just go to the site, click on TV shows, and get watching before greedy TV companies put preassure on the creator to take the site down or face sueage.
Whats the odds on this getting locked before the day is over? I want to place a bet. Probably not worth it actually, its probably going to be 7-3 or something awful.

Lock it now if you like, just wanted to make sure people got the link, it's an awesome website, one well worth adding to your favourites list.
If not for anything else then for the people of the forum that still haven't watched Rome because it didn't air in their country.
I'll say one thing for TV download sites they seem to be making the local TV networks (at least where I live) think more about there air times The OC for example this year is airing a few days after it does in the states instead of the normal 3-6 months this sort of thing should have happened years ago its been ages since the networks had to "ship" the "tape" across from the US.
You don't have to download anything from the site i posted - It's all streamed. :beam:

If this was in a normal forum I am sure that you would be told off for breaking forum rules and regulations.

Way i see it, if these people released their movies/series on DVD at reasonable prices instead of £29.99 (Or$40) then poor people (such as myself) wouldn't have to watch them on these sites instead of buying them.

Ya i know, I paid almost $90 (Canadian, but still) for the first season of ROME. Totally worth it though.

I bought Rome and Band of brothers when they first came out on proper DVD. Rome cost me about 70 USD, BOB cost me around 100 USD, but i had money back then, now i'm broke, so rather than buy entire box sets of things like Trailer park boys or Lost, which cost 40 a piece, i just watch them for free.
I don't feel guilty.

My theory on theft is it is only stealling if I am taking it away from someone else, or I would have paid for it if I didn't get it for free.

Then in your theory this isn't stealing, because these have all been on TV for FREE anyways.

Yep, that's my point. :2thumbsup:
I never buy DVDs either, so me watching this for free won't loose anybody any money.
(If any law inforcement personel or members of the Motion Picture Assossiation of America is reading this then: ...this is a joke... yes, a joke... ) :shame:
...then poor people (such as myself)...
Come on Dayve, you know how you could be richer, don't you.

Did any of you guys saw the Battle for Rome series this Sunday and last week's Sunday on the Discovery Channel????
It was preatty darn good. For the first time I see TV using proper Roman units for the Late-Republic, Imperial, and 4th Century Rome.
