I've been away from the forum for a while, and I have been trying to repair, specifically by uninstall/reinstall Barbarian Invasion.
I stumbled over it yesterday.
If you have BI installed, but it doesn't play, this may work;
Go to "Programs."
Then in the long list, you will see the icon for BI, move your cursor over it, but do not click.
You will see two sub-icons show up.
One will be to play BI.
The other will be a "wizard" to "Uninstall."
Click the uninstall wizard, and three circles with different options will show up. One of them is to "REPAIR." Click that one. It will then give you a list of instructions to repair BI. Follow that, and let it take it's course, about 20 minutes in my case, and now it works fine.
I hope that this information helps anyone else with a similar problem.
