Relations Improving/Lessening Scroll - where has it gone?

If I recall correctly, pre-release there were campaign screenshots of a scoll which showed the player when relations with other factions improved or lessened during the course of the game. However, this scoll doesn't seem to appear during my campaign with the now full game...?!

Has this feature been removed? Does anyone know how to keep track of when relations improve or lessen with the other factions?

It sure pops up for me all the time. Usually when I accidentally move into another faction's lands.

I get a message telling me about my relations with other factions taking a turn for the better or worse, so it does come up. Iirc you can hover you mouse over the faction shield in diplomacy to find what they think of you, I may be wrong but this is off top of my head, but I am pretty sure I am right though.

Really? Wow. Is there a setting/option for this? Does it trigger everytime a relation worsens, e.g. from So-so to Poor?

For me, my relations with the English have deteriorated from Reasonable to Very poor without any of these scroll notifications. I've not been transgressing on their lands however.

From what I notice, I think it only pops up when your realtions change somewhat dramatically, then again I wasn't paying alot of attention, but its does definately happen, usually after diplomatic discussions.
