Changing usernames.

Hello,

A new bit of code is installed today, that allows users to change their nicks.
It's limited to members and senior members only.

Members can do it once every 60 days and Senior Members once every 30 days.

The option to do so can be found in the userCP in edit your password section.

It is possibile that problems arrise, if so, please contact me.
