change the count turn?

hi can i change the count turn if i have allready started a campaign.ie start date 1080 end date 1530 its on default timescale 2.00 i wont 0.50.thanks:beam:

I don't think you can - you have to start a new campaign. At least, I tried and could not. And in RTW, the game only reads descr_strat at the beginning of a campaign.
