Can someone tell me how to unlock factions? Which .txt file and what the edit is exactly?

Look in the Medieval 2 Guides section for any faction that isn't one of the 5 starting ones. Frogbeastegg posted the change needed in every one of those threads.

Its in the desc_strat.txt file
go data, world, and i can't remember after that
