How To Change Capital ?

My capital was conquered , but later I took it again so I want it to be again my capital , hod I do this?

Open city browser and go into the settlement details on the lower part of the screen and in that screen at the bottom theres an icon with a star if i remember right that says make this city your capitol when you put your cursor over. If i remeber right heh
