Ehh just how do I build em...Can't build em from citadels etc and in city's you got alchemist lab's etc but there is no way to actually upgrade units...So what am I missing?

Gotta be a way to build em...

Look at the building browser.

all the Gunpowder infantry is trained from the barracks in a city

If its a special unit check the guilds in the building browser, might be lisrted there

according to the unit/building browser sheet I got with the limited edition musketeers are only available for Spain and Venice...

The unit browser that doesnt show the Orthodox and Muslim factions? The one that says only France, England, HRE and Spain have spear militia and that Portugal doesnt get Jinettes?

That tech tree only shows what's available to the 5 starting factions, so it's small wonder it only shows them for Spain and Venice.
