Lazy inquisitor

I was playing with France on H/H and after being excomunicated by the pope, an inquisitor appeared on my lands near Dijon.

But strangely, i didn't have to go away with my generals in order to avoid being burned cause he was just standing there doing nothing and when he was moving, it was to go in circles.

Did it happen to anyone else before i report it as a bug?

Thats not a bug, thats divine intervention, the Lord struck him dumb to save you, be thankful and ask not these heretical questions. In all seriuosness I'd just be happy the Pope's recruiting the mentally challenged, hopefully he'll burn himself at the stake when he's done running in circles.
