Hi,
In the settlement details scroll where all the little Icons appear for happiness factors etc I find one or 2 flashing. does this mean something or is it a graphics glitch?

Sometimes it means that you could, for example, get higher income but it is being blocked by rebels, pirates or other enemies sitting on your trade routes. I am not sure this is the only thing it can mean.

In RTW I also believed a potential gain (blinking = not earned, maybe lost to corruption).
I also think the potential gain when upgrading a building e.g. the blinking part of trade would increase if you start a marketplace. I need to check in MTW2

Doesn't it show the *change* from the level it was last turn or something..?

No blinking has nothing to do with building more buildings. if you go to your settlement details and look at, say, trade revenue and then add, say, a market to your building menu then you'll get a faded icon appear, not a flashing one to indicate how much you might expect to earn by building that building. :beam:

I think flashing means lost income due to whatever (like trade blockade or rebels n stuff).

Ah yes I forgot about the faded icons.
