How do you open the console?

I've looked carefully at every key config menu, and i've pressed literaly, every key on my keyboard... And i cannot get the console open? Does this game even have a console?

I know how to use the console in every other game, including all the TW games, it's the ` key, under the escape button, tilde or whatever you call it... But it doesn't work in this.

How do i opn the console?

On my keyboard (English) it's the '/@ key, next to the semi-colon.

Although i'm fairly sure i went and pressed every key on my entire keyboard and none worked, guess i missed that one...

Why has it been made this key? Every other game that exists has it as the tildAr.
