I understand the whole College of Cardinals concept. But what does the Cardinal figure actually do on the campaign map? The manual doesn't say anything about them other than the whole College of Cardinal thing. Are they just like normal Priests but better?
Also, has anyone seen a Witch yet? Had their general "cursed"? That is a superb addition to the game! :2thumbsup:

Theyre basically uber-priests, yes. They convert very fast and usually have a %80-90 chance of burning heretics.

Cards are pretty hard to Assassinate, I had a level 9 Assassin and the best I could get was like 26% chance.

in one of my campaigns with Sicily i had the entire 12 cardinal seats :laugh4:

As far as I can tell, they can't be converted by heretics.

Im well on my way in my Portugal campaign. Its down to me and Poland, and the Poles seem to be experiencing a run of bad luck involving their cardinals and being bitten by snakes while in bed.

Not to change the subject too much but how did you achieve this?

I tried sabatouge alot but it takes forever to skill up and even with 70% chances I fail and get killed sometimes. And thats usually for just the church, anything else seems to have 40%

Assassins can take a while to build up, but I have two guys now that are killing family members at 72-93%. Start small, rebels (if you get caught there are no diplomatic repercussions), captains, buildings, and make a lot up assassins some of them will die, but some won't. New young priests can also be good targets. Has anyone seen the assassination at mass movie?
