How to change the Britons into a Rebel Faction?

I've been scouting around on these tutorial boards trying to find one that would apply, but so far no luck. Can anyone here tell me how it is done? I want to completely remove the Britons as a faction and make those settlements Rebel.

Well do you use RTW 1.5? if so I have made a desrc_strat without the britons in and uploaded it to my hosting. You may want to back up the origional descr_strat first just in case.

No problems. if you started the game up I made the rebels have big armies so gaul/germania can struggle more than likly it will be gaul.
