The Council of Nobles informs me that my heir to the English throne, Lord Prince Loefwine the Lewd has been beguiled by the lovely Princess Amelyn. And well he might. But she happens to be his first cousin and when I ask her to approach him for marriage (never being one to stand in the way of true love, however untasteful) I'm told that there are no unmarried generals.

Any ideas how I can facilitate the spread of family love?

I miss the whole incest thing believe it or not. You could marry a princess in MTW to a family member and years later you would notice some family members who came of age having traits like 'inbred' and the like. Just a nice bit of continutiy, and it is the little things...

Also in MTW if you had incest in your family, it could be revealed and you're piety would plummet. It was a trait I think, secret incest, which became incest if it was revealed.

I never got that when playing MTW...What would the traits be? -4 command -2 clarity and 60% chance of growing an extra arm?

Well I tried marrying a princess to her adopted brother and the game would'nt let me, I'm guessing it has to do with they share the same father even if it is not by blood. But as far as I know first cousins are fair game, but only in game and West Virginia. Anyways the game also wont let you attempt against a married father either.

Oh and before marrying a foreign princess it might be a wise idea to spie on her first, my king is going crazy and insane.

They wanted me to marry my princess to her brother. I tried to do the right thing, the princess runs away with a english prince and her brother goes nuts, but at least the council of nobles thought my choice was wise...
