Horse Breeder's Guild in city or in castle?

I read 2 different things about the Horse Breeder's Guild. One says it can be build in a castle and the other says in can be build only in the cities.
It appeared only one in my game in a city. Did someone got this guild in a castle?

If you check the building tree of a settlement card you will see which guilds can be build in either cities or castles.

Horse breeders guild is definetly city only.
