The "problem" with the game , in my opinion, is that there are rather a lot of layers to it-filters the tutorial calls them. This gives it the well-acknowledged depth but makes it more difficult to sort everything out, unlike MTW and RTW which have a basic sceme setup of Campaign and Battle scenarios.

KoH s Campaign is very deep but it's sacrificed battle involvement.

Sorry- to get to your question doc_bean: theguide , like the tutorial sets out to eplain each of the layers: Marshall, what he does, how to use him etc. The same for all the Knights.

A walkthrough would be difficult to make (none exist as far as I know) because the game is one that accents interrelationships.

Theres an interesting place here:

Hello, Warluster.

http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/knightsofhonor/review.html

There s the review. you are to claim the title of acknowledged Ruler of Europe usins a combination of tactics both honest and underhand. You have to expand your empire and then vie for a topdog Medieval position.

Its more political/diplomatic in style with less emphasis on combat, although there is a battle system.

No it's on the Gameboy Advance only.

The clue is in the link name itself. The next clue, and the one that really gives it away as far as I can tell, is if you actually click on the link itself!

It's not that easy to find new these days. I don't think it ever got a budget re-release. Not in Blighty anyway.

It's PC, he's just being sarcastic. It's *strategy* after all. And it's a nice, fine game that unfortunately is essentially orphaned. No more patches when patches could've done it a world of good. I'm a loser player though so the ease (AI weakness) that bothers others don't bother me in the least.

I had tons of fun playing that game but in the end you always did the same things no matter which faction you've played and the AI was just no match to you, even though I auto-resolved all battles.

The Diplomacy systems and the varying dynasties with inter-marriage and re-emergence are just awesome though. If they would add that to the TW series I'd never leave my computer again.
