I sent my Irish spy to Somersaete to get military intelligence about the Saxons. The Saxons moved in a 4 star general with his army. I decided to have a go at revealing vices with the spy. Sure enough the general suffers from the vice of "perversion". All it does is lower his piety to 0. Is/Was there anything I could ve done with it?

Oh, and in another case I checked the general for any vice and his V&V showed "Secret Adultery" but when I tried to reveal it with the spy nothing happened.

That's about it. The General had "Secret Perversion" which you wouldn't have known about. Revealing it changed it to "Perversion".

I'm presuming this was your general? As you can't see the AI's secret vices. If this is the case then there is a simple explanation. You can't use spies in this way on your own generals. You can only reveal the secret vices of AI generals. Dragging your own spies over your own generals initiates a treason trial.

Also, like assassins there is not a 100% success rate.
