I have some questions about Rome history
what was being called leader of manipule (unit count of 2 centuries).
What was being called judicial office established by Octavian August.
People who got that office must had special ammount of property - more than 200.000 sesterces

Are you asking 'who lead a maniple?"
I think its a princep, but I don't know if it is pre-Marian or Post-Marian. Specify please?
what was being called leader of manipule (unit count of 2 centuries).
The commander of a maniple would simply be the more senior of the two centurions.
The senior centurion was called something something Prior, while the lesser centurion was called the same but instead of Prior he had the title of Posterior.
Basically they mean forwards/leading/first and after/trailing/second respectively (it can only be second if there are only two positions as it is an absolute).
So the centurion of the fifth century of the fourth cohort would be called Quartus (four for the cohort) Hastatus (the three maniples were in desceding rank Triarii/Pilus, Princeps and Hastatus) Prior (for being the leading centurion of his maniple).
The centurion of the second century of the eighth cohort would be called Octavus Pilus Posterior.
