Baktria defeats the Saka, Rome Triumphs??

I imagine its more from just not getting attention yet, but the saka defeat message has no image, and the text is for the glory of rome.

The Baktrian victory conditions state that I need to defeat parthia and the sarmatians, but does that also include the saka who get taken out when you defeat them? Seems like it should be the saka and not sarmatians since the victory map shows you controlling their territory. Or has it simply not been updated?
