Crashes While Loading ....... WTF

I have been playing EB for a couple of days, and it has worked perfectly until now. Whenever i try to start a custom or quick battle, an error notice will appear part way through loading, saying that some texture or other is missing (it is usually a different one, I will provide a specific example if needed.) The game will then crash.

I have not messed around with any of the EB files in my folder at all, this is completely random. I'm not sure if this will be a probem with the battles in my campaign either (I'm too afraid to try:embarassed: ), but it is definently preventing me from playing any custom battle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Quick battles do not work with EB.

First, have you tried to load a quick battle and a custom battle in the same session of Windows? You see there's a lot you can fix with Windows by simply restarting. Something that makes for the Dutch joke: 'How we wish that Microsoft made cars, you only would need restarting them when they break down.'

Second if the issue persists, I suggest make a copy of you campaign file - and reinstall EB 0.8. That should do it no matter what, since you don't suffer from a corrupt download (for you could play the mod before the quick battle mistake).

Restarting seemed to work, but I made backups of my campaign just in case I do need to reinstall. Thanks!
