New phase change memory type

Here is an interesting article about some new phase change memory. They say it will replace flash memory, but then they compare it to DRAM and SRAM.

Hmm, this is nice for certain applications, but I like the idea that my RAM is clean after a computer restart. It just feels...cleaner.:2thumbsup:
