Whenever a son turns 16, we (as Benevolent Fathers of our respective Nations :smash:) provided with a new general. This general will have strengths and weaknesses, good and bad stuff. We realize that some of it is random, and some of it is father-earned. The son of a corrupt ploutocrat obviously has more chances to be a corrupt ploutocrat than an honest and generous lord. That much, every one here knows.
What is little-known (or, at least *I* didn't know, and perhaps I'm just on the slow wagon, or the short bus. I'll know for sure when you guys go "well DUH !", won't I ? ) is that an English son is not exactly the same as a Russian son.
Browsing through the files, I have found out that there are some VnV's that have a slight chance of coming up at birth, and that depend on which faction you're playing. Now, I don't know for sure that these triggers work at all, but if they do, it's a nice bit of thinking on CA's part to have put them in, to give each country a slight nudge towards their historical strengths, if a bit influenced by cultural stereotypes.
Also, bear in mind that these are tested on coming of age, so I don't think generals gotten through marriage and adoptions will have them. Since most of these are positive, it's an incentive to keep the bloodline "pure". Also, not all factions have them for some reason. Rushed job ? It will be easy to add some in for all the factions that were left out if we can agree on what each country should get.

Also, for those last three factions, there are what seem to be recursive triggers that give a chance for the Warlord traits to start at higher levels than 1.
The factions missing cultural triggers are : Poland, Spain, Portugal, Milan, Venice, Sicily, Papal States, Russia. What would you guys think each should get ?
To get the ball rolling, I reckon Russia and Poland should have Hates Poland and Hates Russia respectively, maybe also Hates HRE for Russia, and the Italians Politician and maybe Mathematician.
