Faction destroyed screen not working

In my casse campaign pontus was destroyed by ptolemies i think. The screen opens i can see the text that we better not bend our knees to this foe who destroyed that faction or something like that but there is no picture only a black rectangle.

Not imporant but i thought ill post it.
