Rome TW won't let me take out the Brits

i have them holed up with one city left. The only problem is, whenever I try and take the city, the game crashes. Anybody else have this problem?

I'm assuming you've tried this multiple times. Have you tried just starving them out? Making them sally will probably get you different results. I know it's time-consuming but if you really hate the Brits, it's worth it. :evilgrin:

Tried that. If I do, then the game crashes when they sallie. It's a bug.

I used to get a similar thing when i play Vannilla RTW, which basicly consisted of whenever a faction was eliminated, if i clicked the faction eliminated tab, itd KTD, and thus i couldnt finish the game.
Is this the situation you're in?

I figured it out. It wasn't the Brits or the battle that was hung up. It was that the ARMY I was using somehow had 21 units stacked and that was causing the crash. I migrated one unit out of the stack and it stopped happening. weird huh?

It is very strange you can have 21 stacks.
