I have a problem,i cant write in the awards section.

My clan had a nomination in the awards section and i wanted to thank the persone who nominated us;but a message said me that i cant write cause or i dont have permissions or my account is enabled..can someone help me?

Yes, Junior members cant post or vote in the HOF.
