Hi,

As some of you may be aware, mozilla foundation have released the latest 2.0 version of firefox. It's a good version but I have one grievance with it. Why on earth did they remove the next and previous keys at the search-as-you-type feature? No idea. However, there is a simple way to fix it.

Follow this link and complete the few and easy steps

Fix it (http://hyperculture.typepad.com/sarah/2006/11/firefox_2_probl.html)

of course you always just hit f3 for next hit and shift+f3 for previous, which I just learned reading the comments. gah.

I hope it helps the community as it sure did help me.

Really? I disagree...

Little hard to see, but they're there on the bottom of the screen.

Hmmm. I installed 2.0 over my 1.5 install, maybe that's it...

Clean install of 2.0 here with next and previous buttons on the search as you type bar working.

weird. I installed 2.0 over my 1.5 as well and the next/previous buttons disappeared. Maybe it's just the danish version? Sorry to make a fuss then.
