Compaig Map

I know I'we seen compaign map on this forum but cant find. I also can't find a post which listed locations of all trade resources. Can somebody please give me a link to thise posts.

Other errors:
Bordeaux starts as rebel
Mosul starts as Turk
Sicily (Naples, Palermo) is not marked

That's not my fault, I only added in the names, it's an official map:
D:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\base
then take the map called:
map_FE.tga
