Weird and Pointless CTD

I took Mastia and it had two foreign trade posts, one was damaged. I put the damaged one on my repair cue, but it never repaired. Twenty years later, I decide to get rid of it so I destroy the healthy one and do process_cq to quickly get rid of the stupid repair tab. CTD apon hitting enter.

Pointless, but none the less weird.

I've been wondering why there are two of the exact same buildings in Mastia, must be a bug.
