...well, there doesn't appear to be one. At all. I noticed the province was lacking the "white dot" for port in the regions.tga map when I was fixing the Cassemorg port issue, and checking it out in-game (with the help of toggle_fow) revealed a glaring absence of the "fishing village" coastal provinces normally have marking the spot the port will be built in.
