Wall combat bug?

While defending a city with a stone wall today, I noticed that a lot of my men were jumping off of the wall by themselves - almost as if they were choosing to commit suicide instead of fighting. It was quite amusing and funny at first, but when I had hardly any men left on the wall it was longer funny. :beam: I don't remember this happening before in any previous EB patch. Has anyone had the same problem?

yup. usually it happens after a unit is "broken - fighting to the death," and its the soldiers who are just about to encounter their enemy? does that describe your situation? sounds like your situation may be more significant, i only saw about 10 go jumping off...those phalangites didn't want to fight the drapanai coming after them.

Yes that usually describes the situation when I encounter this problem. But a few of my units routed when they still had a significant amount of men.
