Presumably Banquo will be patrolling the Backroom in place of Tosainu, as he already has a calming effect on any discussions he enters (Seamus Fermanagh would be another good candidate for the Snakepit).

Becoming a Senior Member helps, I think. All those individuals were previously model Senior Members, obviously they had never had any warning points previously.
