Is there a Force diplomacy cheat in m2tw,
I need one nation to accept a ceasefire so i can do something.

If so how do I phrase it?

I do not know of a cheat, but I have used a gift of a couple hundred florins on a stubborn nation to soften them up; and then asked for a ceasefire - with success.

You could give yourself money (give_money 40000) (iirc you don't need spaces and 40k is the most you can get at a time) then offer so much cash in return for a ceasefire that they can't refuse...
