Constant CTD

To make a more interesting late game, I've been doing some world reshaping. Lately I decided Pahlava isn't worthy, and the saka raka are, so I've bribed away parthia's lands to present to them. But as soon as the deal is done, the game CTD's. Script or no. Haven't test each individual city yet, I wanted to see if this was known/ a obvious error to be fixed in the hopefully released soon .81.

In 1.5/1.6 towns given to other factions get units spawned in them. I bet the problem is that there is a town(s) that can't make units to spawn.

A side note though, when giving a town to the AI though diplomacy, the script doesn't spawn a government building.
