Need help installing a Mod.. (WARNING - i r dum bout compu'taters)

I am trying to install Shaba's Diplomacy mod.

I am (mainly) 100% sure I (think that I) did (probably) everything instructed in the directions. However I haven't noticed any changes and my agents are producing normal $$$ or starting with 1 eyeball.

1) How can I be sure it is installed and
2) If I screwed it up can someone walk me through this?
3) Is this the right place to be nagging for help or should I be on a different board?

Nevermind I am trying out AD and that has Dip in it already.

Gah this is even worse...:wall: the in depth directions don't seem to apply anymore.

So back to the original post... anyone want walk me through installing Shaba's Dip Mod?:laugh4:

I think I have it orking now =)...
