I want to try to make my own video for a faction's opening. Is there something that allows me to make my own video in RTW? I have a microphone if I would need that to record my voice or something, but is there any program that allows me to take a video of things in-game, or something like that?

Also, where is the file that decides when the game opening will take place? Is it hard-coded? Will renaming the opening video and renaming my video to the opening video's original name do the trick?

Also, I made a thread before asking how to put my own videos into events, because when I tried, it didn't work right, all I got was a black screen in the event. Please help! I really want to learn how to do these things!

either try fraps, or save the replay of a custom battle.

Ha ha ha! It worked! But I want to know how I can set factions to new videos, and how to make a new video for the senate screen videos.

a frap is like a photograph. many of them taken simultaneously and then viewed in a camera make a video. the more fps (fraps per second) you got, the faster the video is. But i dont know about putting ingame videos intop th mod.

Why not? We wouldn't need it for the beta, but I think it would be a very good addition to the full version.
