How many turns a year ?

hi,

Im using this mod named ultimate AI for better allianced and tactical campaign games but i seem to get alot of gold every turn. I believe for the mod its 2 turns per year.

My question is how many turns a year are there in the normal non modded game ? I have no idea.

The mod lets me choose 2 turns a year or 1 turn and 2 turns a year seems to give me way to much gold each turn.

In vanilla MTW2 one turn is two years, but your characters only age half a year in one turn.

If you want a mod that changes more than the diplomacy/campaign AI, then you can try Winning Combo Mod v2.0, which is a nice compilation of other small mods and it includes ultimate AI. I play that and enjoy that my opponent isn't as incompetent as usual.

alright thanx. So that explains why i get so much money lol.

The ai mod seems alright but i want the old money back. Now its just to easy money wise.

Thanx for the tip btw and i know about that mod just i want to keep things basic so im only using the lite mod that fixes bugs, then a mod that fixes princess etc bugs,a battle ai mod and the campaign ai mod then.

Now i just need to know how to set money back to normal.

ok this turns a year stuff confuses me now. Im using the ultimate ai mod and the lite mod but i have no idea which of the 2 increases my gold every single turn.

I want to use the mods but this abundance of gold makes it not worth the trouble.

Im only using a few mods since today and im lost in which does what with turns and gold.

Its kinda silly if i see my profit after a turn being -700 and i still get 4k on top of that.

Unless both mods somehow screw things up. Even if i choose 2 turns a year or 1 turn a year config it should give me normal gold a year i take it. Not me getting 4k on top while the report says i should have a debt of -700 that turn.

No, it's not - it makes perfect sense from a gameplay perspective.

As it is many players (including myself) finish the game before the invention of gunpowder - making things go at 25% of the current speed would let you conquer the entire world before then...
