Can't seem to install Vice & Virtues mod

Ive unpacked it into the correct folders listed yet my assasins keep losing trait points on failure..

Hello Zinroh.

One, assassins are meant to still lose a trait point point 50% of the time on a failed mission, but they aren't meant to loose them all at once.

So, check that the mod isn't working by selecting a character on the strat map, press ' to open the console, and type:

give_trait this BoringSpeaker

He should gain the trait Poor Speaker and it should have a description: if it says "No effects" then the mod isn't working as intended.

First, double check that the files are in the correct place by copying them manually into the folders specified in the readme. It's possible that another mod overwrote them.

Second, make sure you are starting the game using the medieval.bat file included in the mod.

If it still isn't working, use a mod switch (detailed on these forums), and if it STILL doesn't work after that, post here again with any other mods you are using, and I'll check it out.
