Error when trying to download Xpak

Does anyone know an alternate download source than this forum for xpak as when I try to download it from here I get the error message below\/

(I actually get that message when I try to download anything from this site, but this is the only thing I need so this is what i am asking about :))

nothing in the scriptorium would aid you with downloading Xpak.

Total War center has good downloads.
