Hello, :help:
I had a great setup, me and my friends were going to battle it out online, thats until i found that i could not get online, but all my friends could. The problems is i click multiplayer on the main menu, and i just get the loading hourglass, and nothing happens. I tried for hours to get it to work, i even reset my router. I went to portforward.com and set rome up, still did't work. I got my router out of DMZ, still did't work. What could be wrong? i dnt have any other firewall, i am a windows 2000 user so i do not have the (useless) windows firewall. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.
Kind Regards

Start menu, Control Panel, Windows Firewall, Off

That clears up everything for me.

Do you have Gamespy installed? And double check that you have entered your CD key correctly.
