EB is not responding

When ever I try to start EB, it creates a blank email (in outlook express) and the game doesn't respond. Any help is appreciated.

Is it installed over a copy of RTW 1.5? Are you using the EB/RTW .exe to start the game? Was RTW 1.5 working correctly before installing EB?

Check exactly where your shortcut properties are directing you to, and see if that matches where the RTW exe is located (but don't delete the -mod:eb part though).
