Are there any mods that put a stop to pointless 3 unit sea invasions?

As the title says. I lost interest in my current campaign as England (using Darth mod light + my own adjustments) because of the ceaseless pathetic sea invasions by spain and denmark every few turns. It gets boring fighting off the same tiny stacks; I need the A.I to build up an entire stack, then invade.

Are there any mods that attempt to fix this problem?
