A Small Praise

I have been playing M2TW a lot since it came out, and frankly I thought something was off. The timespan was too quick, all of a sudden I had gunpowder units and I had barely tested out my chivalcric knights. Then all of a sudden the game was over. When I tested out Byzantium, I was a bit miffed when finally I got my Varangian Guards and they got spanked by almost every unit the Turks sent against me.

My smile had turned into a frown

But then I decided to put my faith into the modders and I started a game yesterday with Lands to Conquer and I have Lusted and his collaborators to thank for that I went to sleep in the wee hours in the morning

I wanted to praise all those people who are modding the game, making it better or changing it completely for me and the rest of the people who don't know how to mod or don't have the time

Without these people I would have shelved M2TW yesterday, even though I love the franchise.
